Before Mastery Partners, Tom served as President and CEO of Granbury Solutions. Bronson founded Granbury Solutions in 2010 with the acquisition of five of the hospitality industry’s most promising tech companies and by 2014 expanded to serve multiple markets. During Tom's tenure, Granbury Solutions had consistent annual growth and served more than 9,000 customers worldwide which landed it on the Inc. 5000 list and in the top 10 of Tech Titans fastest growing technology companies in North Texas in consecutive years.

In addition to being a consultant, Bronson currently serves as President of Business Navigators, a servant leadership organization that helps businesses through outreach, education and community service. He is the voice of the Southlake Dragon Marching Band.  Tom is also a sought after speaker who frequents many venues sharing his vast knowledge and industry experience as well as lending his talents to Software Executive Magazine serving on their Editorial Board.
